	Project Manager at Proal Lebanon. - Project sheet creation with project schedule (starting date, mid-date, delivery date). - Site visit and site meeting with architect or owner of the project. - Site measurements. - Drawing request, follow up with the designers and getting it signed by the architect. - Negotiating and finalizing the Installer quotation and signing the contract. - Transfer of the material and receiving it on site. - Daily follow up on site and daily update of the project sheet. - Weekly production report. - Arranging the scrap list and returning it to our warehouse.
	showroom Manager. - Follow up on stock inventory level and placing orders accordingly. - Review, analyze and negotiate the prices and technical aspects of the offers. - Control work schedules of the employees, break periods, work hours, and vacations. - Maintain and grow the current accounts and open new potential customers. - Prepare requisitions to ensure proper stock replenishment. - Responsible of the show room merchandizing and displays. - Manage the operation of the store such as inventory control, and maintenance. - Sell the product for the walk in customers and ensure on their satisfaction. - Responsible for all data entry related to showroom activities
